Drug Addiction is a looming catastrophe in Bangladesh. Thousands of you young people in Bangladesh are addicted to the drug. Every day, Newspapers are full of a lot of reports of a drug. Drug addiction is a hindrance to our development.Geographically Bangladesh is located in the centre point of a Golden triangle. Experts believe Bangladesh is using as a transit of drug trafficking. Our security system is not good enough to protect it . Sometimes Traffickers are providing money to our Police force to skip them. According to International Drug Control Programme, the drug takers spend a total of to 50,000 million every year on a drug. An average of 130 tk for every drug user every day.
If our young generation walks in the wrong way, obviously our country have to suffer. My opinion is Cigarette also should be banned in our country. Drug traffickers should be arrested. The government should take necessary steps to control drug addiction at any cost.
