Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh. But as a capital is it able to provide us all kinds of facilities?

Dhaka has emerged as 11th mega city in the wlorld with more than 1 crorer population. It is the capital of Bangladesh. But as a capital is it able to provide us all kinds of facilities?
Traffic Jam, Food adulteration, Crime etc are the daily routine in Dhaka. But as a capitall city it should be more safe and beautiful than we have seen. The area of Dhaka is increasing day by day. But the quality is not.
Government had divided Dhaka city into two parts for the purpose of it's development. But may be, we do not see any noticeable change! It is very interesting that the left side of Nagor Bhaban is BangaBazar, and Gulisthan is in the right side. At first, that's two area should be neat and cleaned by authorities! But unfortunately we have failed. No doubt that Gulisthan is one of the most unsafe place in Dhaka!

Everyday people are coming to dhaka city due to Urbanization. Pull factor and push factor are responsible for the urbanization process. I will not enter into theoretical analysis.
Dhaka is full with a lot of important architecture! Such as Dhaka University, Nagor Bhanan, Bango Bhaban, Lalbag kella etc. We should save it. Dhaka is also full with a lot office. No doubt that dhaka is the centre of trade and commerce! But Dhaka is already under pressure. We should transfer a lot of textile, office, garments etc outside of Dhaka. Otherwise, Dhaka will be completely stable!
One renowned sociologist said 'Dhaka is the own city of god'. Do you know why he said this? He explained that- there is no control in Dhaka, All kinds of vehicles are moving automatically in Dhaka city. If it was not god city, it would be impossibe!
